At FutureYou Cambridge, we want you to feel confident in your style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
